Once an order has been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to modify it. However, if you contact us a few hours after placing the order and it has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to make changes to your order.
On the product page, you can enter your e-mail address to be informed when a product is back in stock. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will be informed by e-mail.

Only one promo code is applied per order.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount code to an order that has already been placed. If you have forgotten to enter a discount code and your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order so that you can place it again with the discount code. Shipping and returns
We currently ship to Morocco, Europe, golf countries, the United States and Canada. If you are outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact sales@kioskmetic.com to arrange shipment.
All Moroccan orders over 400 MAD (before tax and after discounts) are shipped free of charge.
If you find that your address is incorrect, please contact customercare@kioskmetic.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change the delivery address.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product, you may exchange it, provided it has not been opened.

Customer account
Before you can access your account via the customer portal, you must complete your account creation here.
Once you have entered your information and chosen a password, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to verify your account.
Click on "Activate your account" in this e-mail and you'll be taken directly to your customer portal. If you have already created an account, you can ignore the above and simply log in.
By accessing your account you will be able to view your orders, your points and the status of your current orders.
